Updated CodeQL workflow to include 'Dev' branch for push and pull_request events.

Updates the CodeQL GitHub Actions workflow triggers so CodeQL analysis runs for activity involving the Dev branch in addition to main.
Changes:
- Include
Devinon.push.branches. - Include
Devinon.pull_request.branches.
